What to expect while signing up

Select the plan above to fill out the ‘request a quote’ form. Our colocation sales specialists will be in contact with you to finalize details and a contract. We will send you the contract which can be completed electronically. Once that has been completed, we will send out an invoice for the initial payment and once that is paid we will contact you with further information regarding delivering your equipment to our data center.

  Access to your equipmentWhen signing up for colocation, you will be required to provide us with an authorized access list of personnel who are permitted to access your equipment. If you are receiving card access to the colocation space, we will invite you to visit our data center so that we can give you the access cards and a tour of the facility, along with instructions for accessing your equipment with proper security procedures.

• Hands-on TimeYou will have remote reboot access to your equipment, accessible by logging into your management portal. If a reboot does not fix your problem, or there is some sort of hardware problem with your equipment, our technicians can help you diagnose issues remotely.
